I'm a beginner and I've met a few other beginners. None, myself included, could 3D any plane including the Tango I'm sure. I thought most all 3D moves would have to be done by a more advanced pilot. Especially if your doing them a few feet from the ground.
Is there any other plane that advertises that a beginner to intermediate can do 3D?
Yes,
The burrito is advertised as a 3D beginner plane. It has a constant chord wing that does not stall at the wing tips like the taper wing planes. It is very stable. The down side of a stable plane is that it is harder to whip around and do more advanced 3D moves. The tail is not as loose as some other planes making it a 3D trainer.
If only advanced pilots can do 3D, then how did advanced pilots get their start? With the right plane, the right setup, and the right teaching anyone can 3D. It is not that hard.
