I asked Danny on the JR forum for some assistance a year or two ago and ultimately did the following:

In the wing type screen, select normal. In the same screen, mate a second channel to aileron. I used AUX2. AUX1 controls flaps through the 3 position flap switch, and you can use the flap system screen to control flaps and elevator settings. Mixing for crow is done by mixing flaps to flaperon (FLPRN) in one of the multipoint mixes. (Even though your wing type is not flaperon, you still have the option of mixing to flaperons in the mixing screen.) I'm using a matchbox on the output of AUX1 for the flaps, and I still have free channels for gear, brakes, and steering. There may be other ways to get crow, but this seems to work well.
