That is everywhere on the web-----After one full year that is the only place I've heard of it!
Can it happen? YES. Does it happen____ I've yet to see it and I can't find anyone who has.
There are posters on here like one "BillS" who doesn't have the DX7 but knows all about it. These are the types putting out that information.
All you have to do is exercise the same common sense required on all RC systems and you will be home free!
We have a load of DX7's in operation and even the newbies haven't screwed one up yet.
The only cases that have even sounded like they were real were electrics with BEC's which couldn't handle it. Apparently some ESC's also. I don;t fly electric so I cannot comment on that.
I know that we have electrics flying with DX7's and they are as happy as the IC guys.
Your choice but I dropped a 10X for the DX7 and have never looked back. Flawless!
