Default Dubro Hinges

Agreed again. I had the Dubro hinges in a 4*-60 that I crashed. The stab and elevator were literally torn to pieces, but the hinges held. The way I do mine is to cover first, then glue the hinges in. I used Pacer hinge glue. Then, from the bottom side, take T-pins and a sidecutters (diagonal pliers, wire cutter, or whatever other term you wish to use for that tool), go to the end of the wing or surface, and hold the T-pin so it will go all but about 1/8" thru the surface. Grip the T-pin flush with the top of the surface with the sidecutters. Then stick it in about 1/4" away from the hinge line thru the wood and the hinge, snip with the sidecutters, and push the end just below the surface. It shouldn't protrude out the top that way. Then secure with a drop of thin CA. When I put the gap sealing strips of covering on, they cover up the pinholes nicely.
