Just be aware that your wall-wart charger may not fully charge that battery. Normally, people put the batteries on charge overnight. The typical charger may have a mah charging capacity which will take considerably longer than the what you were used to with the standard battery.
For instance, the 9CAF radio comes with a wall wart charger that has a 70 mah capacity (yeah, I looked it up). This means, in ideal conditions, this will charge 70 milamps per hour. A 1500 milamp battery will take almost 22 hours to charge, but in reality, it will be more like 24 or 25 hours due to charger overhead and losses due to heat.
Make sure you know this and allow plenty of time to charge these batteries, not just overnight, but for a full day and night cycle.
