Also ... the 9th channel is a toggle channel ... good for retracts or turning lights off and on ... not good for anything in between (like a control surface or rotating that Police spot light on your scale model). The 9th channel is all the way one way or all the way the other ... no center.
I jokingly refer to the 9C as the 8.5 channel TX.
