personally i'd keep the parts, a spare silvercan is nice for winter bashing - as in disposable after the season is over.
but then again i'm coming from the perspective of someone just starting out, so i have yet to amass a 20+ year collection of spare parts. [8D]
that's my plan, i will just 'never get arougnd' to putting them on the ebay lol
