I notice how the only "K" or Kyosho words are on removable parts?
See at the engine GX .40 has "K" are at the crankcase, a little change with text at the pattern before the pattern are ready to use in casting of crankcase.. The rectangle formed part at crankcase are still same as in Magnum engines, but removed in 4 stroke engine.
