I use the Duratrax failsafe and it operates on 6 volt. You have to go to a hump battery or NiCad / Mi-Mh AA's in your reciever, it won't work with alkaline batteries. I got mine from Tower.
I want to run alkalines-I run 4 cars and can't afford the NiCads-is there a fail safe that will work for Alkalines?
If not I'm going the spring route
