RE: B-58 Kits
Craig,
I too am a B-58 fan....one of them is still alive and well at the Pima County Air Museum, or at least it was the last time I visited. It had no engines or nacelles, and was missing a few small access panels, and many generations of sparrows had grown up in those open compartments, but in all, the airframe looked almost perfect.
I saw it fly on numerous occasions when I wore the "Blue Suit" in the early sixties.
One of the airplanes from my old squadron is at the Pima County Air Museum also.
Douglas C-133B 59-0527....a very rare survivor.
