OK, she flies like a champ now. I was able to reuse my old servos by holding together with duct tape and using servo tape to hold/wedge them in place. I also moved the arms two holes forward and that made a lot of difference. I also installed a shorter flybar that I got from BTH. After fine tuning and such, she flies like a very responsive helicopter. If you're at a hover and you stick it forward a little too much, it will do a nose dive. I was doing an OGE controllability check and she responds very well...too well actually for the amount of power the BXC have. It seems that she can be too responsive with not enough power to fly her out of a disaster.
