Default Wheels on LT40 and Senior ARF

My LT40 needs some bugger wheels, but I am not sure how big. Currently it is a taildragger with 3" Dubros. I think there is just not enough prop clearence. I am running 11x6 on my 46FX. On the other hand, I have a Senior Kadet ARF I am building right now, that I replaced the main LG with a Dubro and I am planning on changing out the nose gear with a fults. My question is, in theory what is the optimal relationship of main to nose wheel heights? Should the nose be higher or lower than the mains? Or vice-versa? If the Dubro Main is 3.5" from the center of the axel to the underside of the fust, should I buy a fults that is 3.5 from the cetner of the avel to the bottom of the fuse? What size wheels should I use.

I realize I am asking a bunch of stuff here. Help is appreciated.
