There are a lot that fit your request as long as you do not crash them . A Honey Bee King 2 can be had for $160, a Belt CP is around $200 with a brushless motor and then the Blade 400 comes with a brushless and a kick ass radio for around $400. If you are really serious get the T-Rex which comes with nothing and you must buy everything for around $800+.

All these helis are durable until you hit something! Can you fly a fixed pitch copter?
