Negative, balance it with an empty tank. Keep in mind that this is the initial balance. If hovering is your thing you will probably find that a little weight on the tail works wonders. So does a little more power, which you can get with a higher nitro fuel. If you use higher nitro make sure you retune the carb. I use 20-20.
