I just ordered and an avistar, I was DEAD stuck between that and the Tower 40. How did you like them?
The whole breaking mount is worrying me now, I wonder if the stock mount that comes with the Avistar is sufficient for the Thunder Tiger Pro .46
The standard motor mount that comes with both the Avistar and the Tower Trainer .40 MkII is made of aluminum. They generally only break if you fly into the ground or a tree at a fairly high rate of speed.
The Tower Trainer .40 Mk II is basically a rebadged Hobbico Superstar 40 ARF, it shares a lot in common with the Avistar.
