Well, I didn't have your problem. Mine bolted up just fine. But, I am not quite sure I understand your problem. Any way you could post a picture?
Hope these pictures help explain
I have attached some pictures of my pulse. It has about 200 flights on it. Just a great plane to fly. Anyway, I don't think you have a problem. What opjose said is what you are looking for. Mine has nylon lock nuts, looks like yours does too. I didn't use any thread lock, and they have not loosened up at all. But like the manual says, don't make them too tight.
A comment for your other post: I think you will like this plane. It was my second one as well. I taught myself how to fly, and the Pulse is pretty forgiving, at least is was for me. I went real slow at first, by that I mean that I did not try any stunts or radical flying until I was comfortable. And of course, I was 3 mistakes high when I tried my first stunts! I had a OS 46 on mine, and tried several different props, which made the plane fly alot different. I have just replaced the 46 with an OS 55, but not had a chance to fly it yet. The plane can be pretty fast with the 46 and the right prop. You might want to watch your speed for the first few flights with that 55 on it. I have also moved the CG around a little, but always kept it in the range of what the manual says. When a little nose heavy, you have to keep the speed up on landings (just a little), or the plane will kind of drop out of the sky. But don't make it tail heavy, it gets a little squirlly. I didn't reinforce the landing gear, or make any changes. Just built per the instructions and flew. Had one hard landing when I dead sticked it into the side of a hard dirt mound. Hit one of the wheel pants hard enought to crack it, and hit the wing tip. Didn't break anything. All I had to do was patch the scuff on the wing tip with some tape and fly again. Hope this helps. Have fun with your Pulse. It is a blast to fly.
