You need to start from scratch...

-disconnect the motor from the esc
-turn on tx
-plug in battery
-flip the idle up switch towards you
-put the throttle stick at the mid position
-check to ensure that the arms on the servo are at 90 deg, if not then remove the arms off the servo and put it back on as close to 90 as possible
-check the pitch of the blades, they should be at 0, if they aren't at 0 then use the links from the servos to the swashplate (lenthen or shorten as needed) to get to 0 pitch. at the same time get the swashplate as level as possible (use swashplate leveler if you have one)
-check pitch of blades at full throttle and 0 throttle, should be +7 deg at full and -7 at 0
-go back to normal mode by flipping idle up switch away from you
-check pitch of blades, should be -1 at 0 throttle and +7 at full
