Hiya Helicop, If your settings are all as they were, then it sounds like you need to start from scratch with the head setup would be my recommendation.

I would start with the finless bob videos:

Just remember that these are for the Trex and the swash moves in reverse for pitch (as in blade swash comes down for +ve pitch and up for -ve pitch).

You will need a pitch gauge to set it properly, but for the swash levelling tool, just strap the smallest allen key that came with the blade to the main shaft (with the head removed) and rotate the shaft. The short end of the allen key will rotate past the three connection points of the swash and you can check the gaps.
