Since the only thing that has been changed is the TX and RX, providing you have the plugs all in the right places the only place I can see a problem would occur is the TX programming. I would be re-looking at the pitch and throttle curve settings for norm, stunt and hold modes. If you havent set them before they can be a little confusing.
