Its a great, fun plane to fly, and what fun is a bipe if you can't hear it? I don't know if you're planning on smoke or not, but it usually sux in a canister.
I don't know where you got the idea that smoke sucks in a canister...have you ever tried it? if you mount the smoke nipple in the header pipe about an inch below the exhaust port you can make smoke to your heart's content. chances are if you tried it, you probably fed the smoke fluid directly into the canister, although that still makes smoke, it is not as good as the header pipe....using a gasser you do not need to preheat the smoke fluid like you do with a glow engine...and you get less residue with a gasser as well as you get a more complete burn, try Super dri or Almag Oil (lightweight machine cutting oil made by Texaco, very similar to Super dri but less expensive)
