Are you using analog or digital servos? Did you pull the servo horn off with zero subtrim and plug and unplug the battery to center the servo? Then put the servo horn back on close to 90 degrees? The pitch subtrim seems a little high. I have had some analog servos after doing that setup I still needed a lot of subtrim to get it to 90 degrees. I am just wondering. Then with the normal throttle curve you go from .5 to 75 that just seems like a steep increase to me. If it flies fine for you keep the setting. I am wondering does the ESC arm with .5% at bottom stick.
