Mount the elevator surfaces and make sure they are 0 with an incidence meter. Then mark the fuse and cut off the covering. Apply epoxy to the tube, and the ends of the elevator surfaces. I used clamps to hold mine on while it dried. Use 30 min. to allow plenty of time to clamp/check that they are 0.

Mine are rock solid (well not really mine. I sold the plane to a flying buddy, but HIS are rock solid after several flights and many bumps along the way......)
