Default Servo "Buzzing"

In setting up flaps, I find that I cannot get rid of a slight buzzing in one servo, while it is in the neutral position. On this servo I have a servo reverser. I have adjusted the pot on the reverser to get equal throws. I have ruled out noise, and the TX pot should not be the problem, as I get the same results with 2 new TX;s. That leaves me to believe that the linkage adjustment is the culprit. But when I work with the linkage adjustmet, trying to relieve what must be tension, I screw up the equal throw of both flaps. All is now working but I have this buzz. Not real loud but it is there. Not to worry? Should I just leave it as is and fly? I am concerned that the buzzing indicates stress on the servo, which could cause it to fail. Can someone please help me with this???Thank you in advance for you consideration.
