I am not sure how large the carb hole is in your firewall, but the stock one in mine is only about 1" .
By the time I pass my fuel line, smoke line, fuel vent line, smoke vent line, and any wires through the hole is should be at least half full.
The rest could be sealed with some tape.
As far as pressure in the cowling, I always do a large exit hole and baffleing. So far I haven't had any issues with pressure in the cowling.
But now that I said that ......................
As far as I am on mine is, I made a nice tray for the gas and smoke tanks.
They are mounted right under the wing tube.
Two 24 oz. tanks
I am still waiting on the UPS truck for more goodies.
