Here is a detail of the cowl cut-out for those who would rather use the stock muffler instead of a pitts muffler. This is an OS .55 AX. You must use a 1/2 inch muffler extension to get it to clear the cowl.
just looking at this very neat cut out job, how do you get the cowl either off or on with the muffler fitted to the engine?
