1. servo chipped
2. servo motor burnt out
3. servo chip gone

to check each one:

1.move the servo arm by hand, it should be as hard and soft as the other ones with no clicking sound.
2. move the servo arm by hand, it should be moving with more effort than the other servos.
3. open it up, see if anything yellow is covering anything.
