Ok guys this one is important.
The hex head bolt that goes through the bell crank bearings into the bell crank plat, There are no nut plates of any sorts on the back side, it's just the hardwood former. If you go through the rudder wire hole on the top of the fuse you can get a locknut on the hex screw. I also bonded the locknut after I tightened and adjusted everything up.
(PLAY ADJUSTMENT) Tighten the screw down on the bell crank till it starts to tighten up
them back it off just a little until the bell crank moves smoothly with no side to side slop.
