I re-did my throttle linkage and will do the same for the choke. Heres a couple pic's. Is this what you had in mind. There 4-40 rods and ball links with washers on the top bigger than the plastic ball link. No way they are coming off now. I will use new nuts when I finally finish it up. This is just for setting end points and testing the engine. The 2 4-40 rods are wrapped tighly with copper wire and then ssoldered together. I tried to pull them apart and they are solid. I have done this method before when I wanted adjustment on both ends but on smaller planes.
