I am up to about 23 and it is way too many. Granted about 5 are NIB classics that require no work, the other 18 are pretty brutal.

Mix of electric/nitro/gas 1/5, 1/8, 1/10 and 1/18. Each one has its purpose but the work is overwhelming. I have been meaning to sell some, but I am too busy working on the other ones.
