So now to my car.
I got it off the bay for so cheap, I couldn't actually belive! The seller got this car from the widow of a passed away friend, and had no clue about it. So it ended up listed wrong.
It looked good on the pics and the rare Technigold motor was there, so I thought why not!

So today I got it and I'm rather pleased with it. It even came with the original box! The body is in one piece, with all the little details like mirror, exhaust, interior, etc. and no cracks!!!
The only thing is the old paint flaking off and the decals are wrinkled and lifting. But thats o.k., since I have a later model with the censored 'Racing' decals. I'm going to get a fresh set of earlier 'Rothmans' decals and repaint the body.
There are slicks mounted (it came standard with those slicks on spare wheels for on road use!), but the original rally tires are missing. I will get them too.
