I just had a chance to look at your pictures of the oil coolers. I will need to add the louvers that are in front of mine but that is about it. I am going to try to find a thin walled brass or aluminum tube to make the carb intakes and then use fish netting to make the grill for it. The cross piece on the intake will be a piece of aluminum about 1/8" wide. Thanks for the pictures. Those are the best ones I've seen of the coolers so far. They look a lot like mine except there are only six louvers on the real Corsair and mine has eight.[X(]
