I used the links to setup my 9C with a Blade CP heli and it worked better than the included tx.

The 9C latency issue is pretty well known and although the Futaba support folks here on the manufacturer's support forum spent a considerable amount of time trying to say it didn't exist, one of the main advertising points for the new 10C is that it was supposed to eliminate that latency....

While I fly mostly "planks", the latency issue is noticeable on them especially with dual elevator servos and is the reason why I got rid of my 9C Super. I suspect it is also part of the reason the 9C series radios have been discontinued.
