They're still soaking..(quotation marks, apparently, being insufficient to convey that..)
Anyway................... Point? If you want to de-chrome your HPI rims, you'll need something stronger than paint thinner.. And this stuff I have is strong too - or at least smells it - it stinks up the whole room every time I open the can.
