got a problem
went out to fly tonight, and noticed that it didn't seem as loud as usually, or rotors spinning as fast. but it still lifted off ground and i took off doin a little FF, and then after about 3 mins, i lost alot of power and quickly landed it. i thought i had ruined battey or something and hit voltage cuttoff, but ran inside and got voltmeter and battery still read 11.30 volts. now motor was hotter than usual, esc is always kinda warm, but seemed a little hotter than normal, also battery was pretty warm, but always is. so i let it sti for about 3 -5 mins put in another battery and still seemed not right sound wise. also i noticed it was tilting alot more to the right than normal. so i only flew for a min, and landed. took everything inside, and belt is not overtight, everything seems good to go, and no binding. i decided to spool up again in house, but not lift off, and noticed the blades looked way out of track, so i spooled down( i knew they couldn't be that far off without something broke) but when blades stopped spinning, i looked at blades and some of the tape i had on the end of one of them from balancing, had half way peel off. so my question is, can the tape hanging down like that make the motor and esc hotter than normal causing thermal shutdown? and also making it tilt more than normal? i would test it out, but it was getting dark when i was flying so now its dark outside.
