Default RE: Big Battery?

Over on the Rum Runner Forum most of the guys there are running hpr cats excess of 70 miles an hour, lipos of course running 10s 2p PER MOTOR. That many Mah is pretty common in the big electric area...
Sigh. First off, the reality is that very few of the posters at RRR actually own or run the big 10S boats - and very very few of them run the HPR cats because of their extreme hull cost. I compete against the gas boats in sanctioned races with my 10S2P/9000mAh Stryker cat - but if you notice it has a maximum capacity of 2P/9000 mAh and uses 4500 mAh cells. It is not even legal to run more than 12,000 mAh in 10S NAMBA competition. The poster above claimed he had 32,000 mAh in his 4P boat, and I asked him where he found his 8000 mAh cells. All he has to do is answer. Since he has not answered my question, I assume shenanigans on his part.

It is abundantly clear that you guys do not understand LiPo terminology.
