You're missing his point. He's angry because he'd paid...and then had to pay again. The price of the event wasn't advertised in advance. how about the guy who got his kitchen pass then arrived without the money to get in the pits? Get it said up front and nobody will complain. Now you've pissed off a lot of next years customers.
