Has anyone built foam wings for the Hog Bipe?
Foam wings on a hog? Why that is blasphemy! Just kidding...however that is a new one on me as I have never heard of anyone building a Hog Bipe with foam wings, and I have read just about everything there is to read on the net regarding the Hog Bipe. That don't mean it couldn't or hasn't been done, and I am sure foam cores could probably be made. Its just the Hog Bipe is such classic built the way it was designed.

Here are a couple of pics of the two HB's I built. The light blue one is my first one, and the darker metallic blue one is my second one. The first one I flew with a Saito 100GK and also a Mag 91 4 stroke, and for a short time I had a SK 90 2 stroke on it as well. The one I fly currently has an O.S 91 4 stroke in it. The HB's are a fun Plane to fly, and worth the extra time it takes to get a bi-wing Plane built. I am sure one day Master Alex will all of a sudden out of nowhere get that itch to get it finished. I have had builds where I just seem to hit a brick wall and quit building for awhile. Then all of the sudden from nowhere or maybe from a bit of inspiration from somewhere I just get the itch to tear back into it and see it finished which makes the end result very rewarding!
