QPCM Eclipes radio HELP NEEDED

Plane Cessna 182
All servos working properly except ailerons .
Rudder Elevator Both have Hi Low setting ===working great
Ailerons Y plug into number one channel.
Problem can not get it to give me hi and low adjustment on throws and what little it does give is backwards in other words If I am on low setting and flip the switch it goes even lower but not very much.
If radio is just being turned on ailerons going in right direction Untill I set hi low rates they still work in right direction but when I flip to hi rate it actually goes a little more lower than low rate setting.
Huh Do you understand all that ??
