A friend turned me to Rustoleum and it works for me and its fuel proof to 10 percent....
You have to mix your colors though, I color match them to the testor paint bottles... You can pick up almost any military colors in testor (model master), matching wet paint to wet paint is easier than to match a color chart.
at 2.99 per 8oz cans.. its cheap. You'll need red, yellow and blue to make the colors and adjust tone with white and black... Mix any color you want till your hearts content... You can mix insignia blue, insignia white, insignia red etc etc and it won't cost you any more... Heck if the 8oz cans are not enough, pick up the 1/4 gallon at 5.99 you might be able to paint a full size airplane for less than 50 dollars...
negative aspect is... not waterbase... you use mineral spirits (paint thinner) for thining and clean ups.
