I have done this mod to my CX 2, and it won't fly for more than 30 secs with the stock battery,....and some major adjustment to the trim pot. It draws too much power away from the motor you solder it too,..... I am not an electronics expert, but surely there has to be away to make this work without drawing too much power away from the motor,... I am going to try a smaller resistor,..maybe a 100 or 50 Ohm
