Well, mine has the #3 low speed mixture part.

However, there is a set screw in the barrel and the mixture sleeve can be rotated to fine tune the setting. I rotated the sleeve so that it almost seals off the spray bar when the throttle is set to low idle. I used the method of blowing through a piece of fuel tubing and adjusting the sleeve until air would barely pass through the spray bar with the barrel slightly open. I have not tested this carb on an engine yet.
