When I talked to Larry Katona (PCK), he told me that he could cut most any kit as long as he had a set of plans (you send yours to him). He said that there were many very popular plans from guys like Hostettler, Ziroli, Vaillancourt, etc that he kept in stock, so an order for one of those was pretty quickly filled (I got my kit within 2 weeks, it was one of the popular ones). Custom cutting took longer. Just give him a call, or e-mail and he'll work it out with you.
