I just completed my Decathlon that I covered with Worldtex, which I am told is the same as Solartex and I sprayed it with Latex paints, no primer. I am very happy with the results. If you are going to do any taping for other colors, you will need to let the first color dry for at least 3 or 4 days and when you are all done with colors, you will need to clear coat the whole thing.
