RE: Walkera 60B issues
Well the good news is that the problem must not be a faulty servo. But the bad news is that by the way it sounds I believe something is wrong with your receiver. At this point there is no harm in opening up the rx and looking to see if there is a loose solder joint or a bad wire.
How long have you had this heli and was it faulty like this when you got it or is the problem the result of some sort or crash or hard landing??? I guess maybe those are questions I should have asked in the beginning.
I did read recently where hobby wing is god about standing behind thier faulty products.
I hate to say it but I'm out of ideas for you and without being there to see your heli it is hard to identify the rx as being bad because if the esc is blown it too will prevent the motor from spinning up. But the fact that the servo port is acting leads me to believe it's the rx.
Let me know about the helis age and/or if it's been crashed.
