By the way, I noticed someone advertising a PT-20 kit on ebay with an ebay id of investment toys.
I've run across that guy doing searches. He's not joking when he calls himself "Investment Toys". At the prices he's asking, apparently he plans retiring to a life of luxury off a few old plane kits.
