the 21BB sucks?

Mine starts soo easy! I broke in the savage and then tuned it and drove it some more and I have not a single blister and the thing starts easy and never dies or bogs. I got the engin pretty tuned in a couple minutes, and It will hit 2nd gear now. This is a hard engin to tune? I thought it was supposed to be one of the easiest ones?
