FYI, I have 3 pilot busts, adding to the nose weight. I also added the gun kit from dbalsa. This probably added a little nose weight as well.
I had my batteries up in the nose as well, with the wiring all done (i use two receiver batteries with two switches for redundancy sake. 2400 mAh NiMH AA 5 cell packs) Had to totally redo it.
Now, I am also using retracts, which I believe add nose weight as well. I was told to balance with the gear retracted, and it works well that way. Flies great.
