Custom ... why not start like this ... its usually pretty safe for a maiden:

Ele - 30mm
Ail - 20 mm
Rud - 40mm

The you just adjust to your liking ... you also do want to ensure that you can get the most resolution from the throws and the TX stick. Too sensitive and you get less resolution. Get that bit?
