Default Do I have enough power???

I have a KMP ME 110that I am working on . Well the website said it would weigh in at 17 lbs.. I got it and the box said 19.8 lbs. Well in reality its weighs 23lbs ready to fly...

I had planned on it weighing 20lbs and powered it accordingly...

I am running 2 Skyshark 75 lightning motors I had planned on using 6cell lipo's...here are the stats from thier website:
Lightning 75
6 cell 22.2 volt Skyshark Ultra LiPo Battery
Skyshark Ultra 70 Controller Timing 15 degrees
Prop (APC) RPM Amps Watts
14 x 7 7600 31 725
14 x 8 7400 33 750
15 x 8 7300 36 825
15 x 10 7100 40 900
16 x 8 7100 40 900
16 x 10 6700 48 1100
17 x 10 6400 51 1150
18 x 10 6100 55 1250

I found running the set up myself I am only getting 6700 rpms on a 16x8 APC..

any way..
Here is what I have:

23lbs plane
1343 sq in wing area
running a 6 cell 5000 mah pack
I am getting:

16x8 prop 6700 rpm's
950 watts
static thrust 8.5 lbs

What messes me up though is I can go to a 16x10 and I get
6400rpm
1050 watts
7.60 lbs of thrust
the watts went up but the thrust went down..
This is a twin so everything is x2..

Thanks for the help

Ty
