First step:
1) flybar weights are on correct position yet? Flybar is bent? If its all ok...go to next...
2) Pull off all blades and flybar. So, Turn on heli and slowly go increasing power until 1/2 throttle. Now, with the left stick, spin outer and inner shaft. looking from above...how did you notice the shafts spinning?
